Don Pardo was an American radio and television announcer. He was known for his 38 seasons as the announcer for Saturday Night Live. He was also the announcer for various NBC radio and television shows from 1944 to 2014. He was also known as Dom Pardo.

Don was the son of Valeria/Viola (Romanik/Romanek) and Dominicus/Dominick Pardo. His parents were Polish immigrants. He grew up in Norwich, Connecticut, and Providence, Rhode Island. He was married to Catherine Lyons, until her death, with whom he had five children.
